That article was an excellent read. They are correct, he has made strides but I don't think I agree that he has made the strides the Troy had done by year 2. By year 2 every team in the league feared troy. I am pretty sure every team didn't fear Ryan last year. We will see what strides he makes this year under the teachings of Porter.
 
Shaz has a little ways to go before he hits PALAMOLA level. He definately is on his way. Ryan needs a little less injury time as that will help his dominant role in B & G ...

The athleticism is there, big time....but nobody has Troy's instincts.

I don't think anyone (including me) feels he is already at a Polamalu level of play, if ever.

But he has the same characteristics and could approach it.

If he even achieves a 70% Troy level, he will be a real gem.

He has that same freak "suddenness." That lick he put on Bernard was sweet.

 
When was the last time Shazier had hair Those here will tell you troy has a much bigger head ( Inside joke )
