In memorium to elftardPoloLiar ... and AGW update

That is incorrect. It started about 100 years ago.

Right? The environment was never-changing until this evil thing first made an appearance:

LOL....The most memorable thing from my past ( in Rochester, that is ) was a big mouth fat guy sitting in the stands behind me screaming

BOO MONACA

over and over all game. Don't know why I was even at that game but I do know it stayed with me for many many years. May have even scared me some.
Monaca was our big rival for many years, Legislation was passed in the state senate that the name of the bridge between our towns would change between Monaca-Rochester or Rochester-Monaca Bridge depending on who won the football game every year. Monaca just got to be too small and a few years ago they merged with Center Township to become Central Valley.

Subject: How many coal plants are there in the world today?

The EU has 468 - building 27 more... Total 495

I thought the EU was better than us because Socialism?

I suspect the powerful sign-making lobby was responsible for that bill.

They called it a global warming election. It was. They lost (Australia)

Greens leader Richard Di Natale:

This is a climate change election.

Labor leader Bill Shorten:

This election is all about climate change.

Guardian Australia editor Katherine Murphy:

2019 is the climate change election.

It was indeed, and they lost.

In Queensland, where Labor seemed set to stop the giant Adani coal project, Labor went from picking up an expected three or four seats to losing three instead.

In the outer suburban seats of Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney, where poorer voters can't afford the higher power prices caused by global warming zealots, Labor's predicted swing evaporated.

Labor, for one, will have its confidence in its global warming policies and gurus shattered.

Brilliant.
