1) Full statement from Iran and IRGC stating loyalty, forever, to the peace agreement.
2) Full separation of Iranian government, at all levels from Shia rule, including liberation from religious persecution of any type in each and every Iranian territory.
3) Immediate supervision and handover of all uranium before any relaxation of economic sanctions
4) American base established immediately on Kharg Island, with American leadership and control of all shipping.
5) Full public declaration of the removal of all support and communications from/with Hezbollah, Hamas, Houthis and any similar or emerging Shia military or rebel forces, globally, forever.
6) Appointment of the Board of Peace as the ultimate authority in Iran until it decides to cede this power to a fully secular Iranian government, with at least a decade of approvals from the Board of Peace.
7) All existing Iranian oil, energy, shipping, banking, insurance, transportation and maritime agreements for state and private entities for Iranian outputs are null and void until approved by the board of Peace.
8) Those responsible for the chain of command leading to the political executions of Iranian people shall be immediately incarcerated for life unless pardoned by the Board of Peace.

This sounds great, but how do we get to that point? We are no where close to that. How do we get the IRGC to surrender... money, ground troops, indiscriminate bombing?
