Porter could make a difference perhaps. Keep in mind he draws plenty of interference penalties and the Vikes have two good good WRs’ in Jefferson and Addison. Also a very good TE. Better fix that soft zone in the middle.

That is a tall order having this guy cover Addison.
Kevin O’Connoll is an excellent offensive mind and will give Tomlins’defense fits. Tomlin and Austin better be ready.

the fans (before and after) and the players (after) the game can enjoy some Guinness Stout.

I am pretty positive that will soften the game ugly if they drink enough.

Warren limited all week with a knee injury, listed as Questionable. One of the many reasons I don’t think he’s a lead guy, he gets dinged a lot it seems.

I guess this is a good time to bring up the lack of a plan to get Kaleb Johnson ready to receive handoffs and run the ball in a stadium environment, if you will. If we’re going with Gainwell and Sermon, yeesh. Could get uglier than I think it will.
 
I'm happy this game starts early, so I can get on with my day. Thankfully I don't get upset at any of these games like I used to years ago.

I'm conditioning to having much lower expectations,so there's no big let down with a loss and I don't get too high when they win a game.

Maybe it should be based on performance. Win and the get the first class private jet on the return. Play well and lose ….standby economy class. Lose by 15+ Work on a fishing troller to earn your way home.
 
Now im reading it wasnt the NFL that held the steelers back it was Rooney. I can see now why he likes Tomlin. Here are a couple of his quotes. Art Rooney II said they "worked with the league in a joint discussion." This is my favorite "I would've liked to have the guys over here for a few more days, too," Rooney said. "But we're in the middle of the season, so we had to do what's best for the football side of things." I did not realize game 4 was the middle of the season and we have a bye week the following week. How is going over early bad?

AAron was said to have suggested going over earlier but apparently was shot down with his suggestion. I am sure Tomlin knows best.

Maybe the tickets were cheaper on the day that management decided to go over. Sometimes the bottom line speaks the loudest.
