If a parent of mine sent me an e:mail like Trump's tweet, I'd start worrying about dementia.

You've got more obvious symptoms.

His Dad had Alzheimers and linguists are now looking at his decline in speaking ability as a possible sign
that he might head that way as well. They studied Reagan after he was diagnosed and traced a decline

Definitely not Alzheimers; however, I did think Parkinson disease, until I took a closer look at President Trump's hand shaking, and realized it was from the fast movement of his pen signing Executive Orders abolishing Obama's clinical ailment--Delusions of Grandeur.
