Israel Is Bombing Iran

Good
iu

We can expect some form of retaliation here on u.s. soil.

Looks like they got a few facilities and also some leadership.

Apparently there was to be more no- nukes debate with Iran starting Sunday.

And Iran sent drones to retaliate against Israel.

Lots of words, complaints to UN, and Israeli-backing from Trump.

You mean like George Soros does here?
pallets of mostly peaceful bricks to stimulate the economy to build housing for the homeless is not the same as putting weapons of war on the skreets.

I am not nearly - not remotely - as supportive of these attacks as most others I guess. Several points:
  • Haven't the Iranians been "close" to developing nuclear weapons for more than forty years? And hasn't Israel attacked Iran numerous times on that basis? Why yes they have.
  • https://www.wionews.com/world/israe...nz-attack-karaj-attack-and-more-1749789769722
  • Pre-emptive strikes sound great when done to the other side.
  • So I guess the other side is now allowed pre-emptive strikes on the United States?
  • How exactly could we criticize Iran for killing our top scientists?
  • Because Iran is led by nut-jobs? Okay, sure. But Russia thinks the United States was engaging in insane brinksmanship by arming Ukraine with long-range missiles able to inflict significant civilian casualties deep inside Russia.
  • I guess Russia can rationalize pre-emptive strikes inside the United States.
  • So I guess it's hunky-dory for Iran and Russia to blow up research sites inside the United States and kill top American leaders and scientists for pre-emptive reasons.
  • After all, the United States has invaded or backed the invasion of vastly more foreign countries (Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Sudan, Yemen, Niger, Ukraine in 2014) than has Iran or Russia.
This neo-con regime change bullshit needs to stop. Now.

Great points Steeltime. Nice to see someone not be a hypocrite for a change. These are dangerous times. It’s interesting to observe the almost bring it on attitude from many.

Yea. Everyone is all big and tough. Strikes could happen here. I think terror style killing is more likely.

Israel is doing the right thing. Period

I just wish our administration and president in particular, wouldn’t be so quick to throw fuel on the fire ..

Everyone knows we support the operation in almost every way.. but imho, we don’t need to be so boisterous or cavalier about the very dangerous situation taking place in real time..

It’s not needed or beneficial to us or the IDF right now..

Lay low for once …Our greatest partner, the nation of Israel, is doing the heavy lifting for us … finally someone else is taking control of huge problem for the world!

The last thing this country needs is another foreign involvement. I think Trump realizes that.

Israel is in a unique situation in that Iran has promised that when it gets the bomb, they will lob it towards Israel. So, they keep tabs on the Iranian nuke program, and hit it when they are close, in order to set it back many years.

If it was up to me I'd drop a nuke on Tehran every day for a week.
America will NEVER use another Nuclear weapon offensively, as we have spent the last 80 years apologizing for doing it. Maybe if a few of our big cities are hit, maybe. Personally I wouldn't retaliate if they hit any city south of the Golden gate in California, Portland, Seattle, Denver, Chicago, NYC, Atlanta, or Boston.
