It's not a bad idea after further review - bring in Suh

At Suh's age, I really wouldn't offer him more than a 1-year deal and prior to the attached article, I had been thinking in the $5 million range. If he wants more than $9 million to leave Tampa, I'd wait until the preseason cutdowns which is probably what the Steelers plan to do anyhow.
Same. I'd give him a one-year deal if the price is right.

but remember when coach called it a year out that an interior DL would go in the Top 10 of the next year's draft

I'm pretty sure that wasn't Coach and that the guy actuall won a bet to releive us all of the "Coach" for 30 days.................

Just for the record, once you told me about "Ed", I researched him as well and I was hoping like hell the STEELERS would take him.

The elder Watt brother

He's got to be getting near "empty" on the tank. At what price could we get him next year ?

Tuitt money was near 9mil, would JJ be sniff us for 7mil due to age / career end ?

JJ said recently he didnt sign here because he wanted to make sure his lil bro got paid, now that he has and if AZ cuts him he would a great addition as our nickel and dime are both 3 and 4 man based. If you bring Suh in you are looking at replacing Wormley with him or pushing Wormley to DE in the nickel and having to mammoth DL in the middle in him and Heyward and Watt and Wormley at DE and a combination of Bush Jack @ Highsmith rotating depending on what formation you're in

How's Ed Oliver doing now? There's always one dumb team.

I've watched him play and YES he does require attention. That attention gives another teammate less attention and thus a better chance at being disruptive. Kind of like Cam Heyward requireing attention and the opposite side gets less and they become disruptive.

Ed Oliver is better than Stephon Tuitt and more dependable (injury wise). Imagine Ed and Cam, because that's why I wanted the STEELERS to draft him.

Coach, watch him play and you will see he is doing a great job. EYES wide open

Cooch doesnt sit like a regular fan and watch games. Cooch gets all his views while waiting at the bar for his drinks and chatting up anyone about his luxury Chrysler K Car

I can see it now. We bring in Suh and part way thru the season he is complaining about playing time. He then proceeds to push for a trade........nah. That couldn't happen could it?

I say run with the young guys and if we absolutely need to add someone, there will be better guys cut in preseason or trade options…

Never been a fan of Suh's since he stomped on that one guys' helmet...while the guy was still wearing it.
He plays angry.
Like in the song "A Boy Named Suh". Full of anger he was.
And some guy'd laugh and I'd bust his head
I tell ya, life ain't easy for a boy named Suh
