You'd think this would make the news around here but it's just a blurb in the local paper.

It wasn't long ago he had god like status at UVA, now they are trying to tear him down too. You watch, the same groups that want to purge the history of the South will take down our founding fathers as well. I bet that statue will be gone in 10 years. Maybe less

Bannon is 100% dead correct. If the left keep pushes identity politics and takes the race baiting liberal platform over Bernie Sanders and Euro-Socialism (and they will as long as Tom Perez and Keith Ellison are in charge), they will not win back either house in Congress. And they won't win back Governor mansions either. And Trump might actually win another term.

I actually think a Euro-Socialism platform could win in this country but it can't when the racial democrat whines and whines about not getting enough screen time and then refuses to vote. Talk about cutting your nose off to save your face. The racial democrat is about the dumbest voter in the world. Has been for 50 years now. They can't even latch on to ******* socialism and communism (stuff that actually WOULD give them free stuff) because it wouldn't hurt "whitey" enough in the process.

Sanders wanted free health care and college and blacks are like... that's not enough. We'd rather vote for the woman that carries around hot sauce in her purse and can talk with a southern accent on demand. What is free college to a black man? Nothing. Just helps whitey more than us they figure. Same with health care.

I agree with the premise Del but the non-stop vitriol is mind numbing. I read an article this morning about Sebastian Gorka resigning and thought, who ? So I read on and low and behold, the guy is on Trump's side big time but the constant sniping and backstabbing from the left drove this guy out.

It's just a matter of time before TJ is removed from history as well. I do not understand why these folks were not hauled away for vandalizing the statue. If I climbed up it I have no doubt I'd be arrested much less if I threw a cover over it.
