Generally it isn't a specific policy that creates jobs, but rather stability and confidence based on overall policies.
When you have low interest rates, inflation under control, access to capital and investments made in innovation, a
country can have steady job growth. Obama took the panic/ no confidence situation he inherited and used the stimulus
to return us to a stable and increasingly confident situation. We will see what Trump does with the stable and confident
economy he inherited. Way too early to tell, particularly when no economic legislation has passed.
