Bernie will not be Hillary's running mate. I'm still betting on Mark Warner.

Trump is correct. Biden would likely beat Trump in the midwest / rust belt states. Clinton trials Trump in Pennsylvania, and that's a huge problem for the Dem's

Pennsylvania hasn't voted Republican since 1988. I think you are WAY counting those chickens before they hatch.

You should be concentrating only on Florida, Ohio and Colorado. That's all that matters.

Well that was then, and this is now. Pennslvuaia is a must-have state for both parties, as is Florida, and Ohio. Hillary is not doing well in the Key Stone State.

Thursday, October 15 poll

Pennsylvania: Trump vs. Clinton PPP (D) Trump 45, Clinton 43 Trump +2
Pennsylvania: Bush vs. Clinton PPP (D) Bush 40, Clinton 45 Clinton +5
Pennsylvania: Rubio vs. Clinton PPP (D) Rubio 45, Clinton 42 Rubio +3
Pennsylvania: Fiorina vs. Clinton PPP (D) Fiorina 43, Clinton 42 Fiorina +1
Pennsylvania: Carson vs. Clinton PPP (D) Clinton 43, Carson 47 Carson +4
Pennsylvania: Trump vs. Sanders PPP (D) Sanders 42, Trump 46 Trump +4
Pennsylvania: Rubio vs. Sanders PPP (D) Rubio 41, Sanders 40 Rubio +1
Pennsylvania: Fiorina vs. Sanders PPP (D) Fiorina 40, Sanders 38 Fiorina +2
Pennsylvania: Carson vs. Sanders PPP (D) Carson 44, Sanders 36 Carson +8

A noted political analyst, talking about last year's PA Governor race, said that "The Democrats only have to worry about getting a good turnout in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh and they can tell the rest of the state to go to hell."

In order to win PA the GOP MUST have a candidate who will get the base out in the rest of the state, which is largely Republican. McCain and Romney failed on that count. PA Republicans are not going to vote for Democrat Lite, rather they will stay home.

I caught the presser when he announced he wasn't running. The rambling and babbling only further reinforced my opinion that Joe the Plagiarist is the dumbest sumbitch that ever **** between two shoe heels.

Keep telling yourself that RB. Pennsylvania wouldn't vote for Cruz either.

You do realize registered democrats in PA outnumber registered republican 4 to 3 right?

I find if comical you think the reason Republican's can't win PA is because they "don't turn out the vote". The truth is if both parties turn on the vote equally, republicans get crushed in PA. The only reason it's as close as it has been is because the democrats aren't turning out their vote as much and recent Republican candidates are moderate enough to win the "middle" independent voters (which are 1 million strong).

I'd say we tried it your way the last two times and lost. Still, in my own county Democrats outnumber Republicans by almost 3-to-1 and McCain and Romney both won it, although I attribute that to most of the Democrats being old-school racist Labor types who would vote for a black President over their dead body.

Yes, my thought as well.

I like Warner. He fixed a lot of mistakes that Gilmore made.

Speaking of which, Gilmore has some serious balls running for president. His economic record was less than stellar
