Judgement Day Arrives

EASY answer, when MANY scoring drives are stalled due to penalty, YOUR "D" don't need much to improve. What I'm saying is when the opposing team is cut short 30% of it's oppertunity to have a scoring drive that one of the benefits is YOUR defense looks a hell of a lot better.
I give you the TITAN's game as an example and proof.

Salute the nation

As much as you don't want to admit that, it very well could be true with the Cheats history and especially how Goddell has mostly let them off the hook with slaps on the wrist. I do find it interesting that they can almost instantly go from giving up north of 30 to shutting teams down. You can't just flip a switch like that.

After last week I promised myself I was done with the NFL for the season including the lwoB repuS.

I could give zero ***** as to who wins or plays in the big game. I've never been a Tomlin basher but must admit the recent news has me very concerned about discipline and accountability with this team. I said earlier this year that this is the first time in my life that there were players on this roster I just plain don't care for and I've been a Steeler fanatic since the mid 70's. Truth is I'm barely hanging on. If these multi millionaire players and coaches don't give a **** than why should I? Add to it the fact that the Pat* magically get every call, or rule made, or lack of calls on them just doesn't jive with me. Bottom line is the entire game has changed and I'm not sure I want to be a part of that.

We **** the bed last week and it's entirely on us. Hopefully the players and coaching staff can grow from that. I'm just not so sure that under this current regime they will. Judgement day has arrived now how will this team react?

Jacksonville won't score 20 points on offense, let alone 5 touchdowns. The Patriots will key on stopping Fournette, force Bortles to produce over a full game, and the Jags' quarterback will fold. They might put together a drive or two, but it won't be enough. Simple strategy from a superior coach and coaching staff will land the Patriots in the SB yet again, while Tomlin watches from his couch.

Just hit 20,

Tomlin has been exposed many times this year with only some great last moment plays and a great field goal kicker to hide it. Rooney's have been blinded by their hire of Tomlin. The word coming out about his lack of control off this team should be rewarded with bags on the street.

They may have finished 13-3 but they were only four last-minute or game-ending FG's away from being 9-7, which probably would have won the division anyway.

And Elfiero FINALLY finds the bullshit to somehow try to cover Tomlin. Sadly, Elfiero fails to realize Tolin is already so full of bullshit no amount of extra that Elfiero could produce could possibly register anymore.

Well it turns out to be both. Tomlin looks like a moron. And the Pats had 4 meaningful penalties against Pitt, Tenn, Jax
