I think maybe it’s more of finding a place he may fit. I also think he is in danger of not making the 53, so this may be a last ditch effort by both coach and Leal.

Yes. He has had an outstanding camp at DE. They have a " big" package where he can rush the passer as an OLB/De type as well..
He has a zero percent chance of not making the roster from what I hear.. he is safe
He is playing OLB tomorrow because he knows tge position from the hybrid package tgey use him in, and the fact that we are holding both starters out and maybe golden too... so we need bodies there

Nah, he has been noted by almost every reporter covering camp as a standout... DL in our system often take 3 years to figure it out... even Heyward..

I took a flyer out thinking he may be gone, but honestly didn’t really hear much on him either way.

He’s only 275lbs. So I’m thinking he’ll be used as a DL in passing situations and an OLB to spell Watt or in short yardage.

On top of this, wasn't one of his main competitors for a roster spot a rookie they drafted this year? Realistically, Lee should be starting his three-year developmental clock this year and we should all hope Leal is ready to step up.

He's down to 275 lbs. The Steelers never update the weights from their rookie season (ex. TJ Watt is still listed at his combine weight of 252 lbs).

OLB, DE, DT, they still don't know where to play this guy. Nothing has changed. Steelers and Tomlin clueless as ever. They don't even know where to play people. Green at center, Kemo at LG, or RG. Leal at where ever. Add weight, no, we meant lose weight.

Do you ever have a take that doesn’t involve bashing Tomlin? It is really really getting old. You will eventually even piss off the regular Tomlin haters and the Lloyd list will have you speaking to no one but yourself. We get it you don’t like Tomlin. Give it a rest.
