Little fight at the game on Saturday

In a court of law they don't care if you are a man or a woman. It's who touched who first.

Spitting - Doesn't mean ****
Throwing a beer - Doesn't mean ****
Words - Don't mean ****
Waving hands in other's faces, doesn't mean ****

Who touched who first? That is law.

The guy yelled don't touch me as you can see contact pushing her back. You can infer he was poked, but that is the argument for court. Did she land a poke? A jury will have to figure that out.

I don't see his hands go on her face, and it seemed like he pushed her hand away from him after telling her not to touch him. She got punched after she jumped in the middle. You want to put yourself in that situation you might get hit.......it happens. She started the **** and slapped the guy, getting her guy involved and knocked out because she wouldn't shut the **** up and keep her hands to herself.

Now, I said all parties could have handled it better and more maturely than what they did and all of them deserved getting thrown out or whatever else. Again, just because someone happens to be a woman doesn't give them the right to run their damn mouths and put hands on men with the thought they won't get it back. I have seen too many times women step over that line because they think they can get away with it and the guy will do nothing. Perhaps sometimes these type of women need to learn that if you aren't going to act like a woman then no need to treat you like one either.

You can't see that. It's behind her head. For all you know, he was just pointing a finger at her face and she moved her head back because it made her uncomfortable. Or maybe the punching bag had been hitting her in the past and she just reacted to any hand coming near her face. You just never see him actually touch her.

In the local papers, it said the police are trying to identify the parties involved. I truly believe they're hoping that no one comes forward because they don't want to touch this one with a ten foot pole.

I would imagine that if either party trys to pursue it, the DA's office will call it mutual combat. If one party wants to sign a citation, the other party can sign one as well. The only way this reaches court is if the woman's partner suffered a moderate or severe head injury and the DA decides that after the first blow and he fell back into his seat, he was semi conscious and defenseless against the second punch.

Maybe the Steelers would like to know in case either party is a season ticket holder but that's about it.

LOL.......that wouldn't be justifiable if it were a man smaller than you or the same size as you either. There are degrees to this, stop being ridiculous. In this situation she didn't get full on nailed either, but she did jump in the middle of the guys swinging on each other......adrenaline rolling and got hit. Obviously not that hard as she got right back up.

Yeah, after she jumped into the fight he was having with her man and decided to attack, after she instigated the whole thing. I'm not making excuses and I don't condone guys hitting girls either because they are bigger and stronger and can do more damage. In this instance, she started it and she jumped in the middle of a fight and got hit. I'm not going to jump in the middle of a fight between two guys and try to attack one of them, why......because the adrenaline is going and you are going to get hit. No one is stopping in the middle of action to assess the situation when fighting. If someone is attacking you are going to defend.

Now, let me ask you why earlier in the thread you referred to the guys actions as the actions of someone who is fatherless............why? I mean, there are fathers who beat their wives in front of their kids that teach them its ok to hit women. Not sure what "fatherless" has to do with this and why you are assuming that his actions are of one without a father. Care to elaborate on that one, sport.

Probably an accurate account. Hard to say what the lead up was. Like I said if someone would have just talked to security and taken one of the many empty seats in the section it would have been avoided. I used to get into stupid ****. That was a long time ago. Now you would have to leave me no other choice but to engage. I don't give a **** what someone I will never see again thinks of me.

Unfortunately, you are right with today’s society. It all started with this bs feminist movement. I can get behind some of equal rights stuff. Equal pay for equal jobs. Not today’s female teachers should get paid as much as the male engineers. Gtfo different jobs, different degrees, different hours and expectations. Same with affirmative action or lowering the qualifications for races and genders. If you are a firefighter and the equipment is to carry a 200lb sack down 10 flights of stairs then that’s the qualification. If it’s a 4.0 with 4 different extra curriculums and a 25 ACT, then that’s the qualifications. Stop dumbing down society and putting my life at risk.

Yours is kind of a ludicrous comment anyway. How the **** does anyone overlook the screaming in that video? Her screaming and finger pointing culminated to someone touching someone first, hence this debate.

If my mother or sister were swinging away at the person, I wouldn't be overly upset. They would have deserved it. Fortunately, neither of them would act like this woman.
 
Watch the video the Black man pushes the White women before the slap. No control anymore at games. They all should be charged but as usual nothing will happen, Another example of the social media taking this country down as everyone see the situation differently, by the video. Even the internet media headlines differed from what the video shows,
