Logo question

Could someone with an authentic helmet tell me what is the diameter of the logo? I only have one of the throwback helmets and the logo is 4.5" in diameter, but I'm pretty sure...by looking at pictures that the logo on modern helmets have a smaller logo.

I bought a di-cut logo that was advertised as 4", but when I got it, it's 4 inches from the edge of the square decal, and the actual logo is only 3 1/4". I could only find one bigger decal online than this, and it was a "bling" decal. That was 5.5"

I want the decal for my motorcycle helmet. I don't need it to be exactly precise, but I at least want it to be visually accurate.

Also, if anyone knows of a link to an authentic or accurate logo decal I would be much obliged.

Sir I dont have the answer to your question, but I will say I admire your vision. If I ever win the lottery, a black and gold harley will be in my garage, and you can be certain my riding helmet will be done up just like the steelers. Good luck on your quest.

I have a Steelers logo on my helmet, but since it doesn't fit on the side anyway (it's on the back), accurate size didn't matter to me. I just used the cheap $4 sticker from the Steelers catalog.

The throwback gold helmets have a much bigger Steelers logo. I don't know the exact diameter but they're a lot larger than the modern day black helmets.
