My favorite Neo-Socialist talking point for this is the old saw "well you have obviously never traveled outside the USA." Its always fun to hear them sputter and spit when I tell them that I have traveled quite a bit outside the the US and what I have observed first hand in their European Socialist Utopias.

I have PM'd a few of my cousins in Italy to inquire about moving there and every one of them says "Don't come here, the taxes are too high and the economy sucks."

Its not that socialism doesn't work, the problem is that it has never been applied correctly.

I helped a girl get certified up for her concealed weapons license and she picked out her 7 shot .38 purse gun and holster as I instructed

I offered, but her boyfriend might not approve - she could conceal a sawed off shotgun under them hangers
