Oh come on Trog. For months here we've been told that Trump was a Russian asset, deeply involved in conspiracies dating back to the 80s, controlled by Putin who has such terrible and damaging information on him that he is able to force Trump to do his bidding.

Not a shred of evidence of any of this was ever produced mind you. While some of you gleefully rubbed your palms waiting for Mueller to come out and confirm all of these nefarious dealings, it never happened. Then you tried to convince us that his private and public defenses of himself amounted to obstruction of justice.

Then suddenly a whistleblower comes out with this so called top secret conversation in which Trump tried to "cheat" in an election by asking someone to find out possible factual information about our former Vice President. We're told the transcript of the call contains airtight proof of a quid pro quo but then the transcript is released by Trump himself and OOPS there is no such proof of that at all. The supposed targets of this bribery and extortion tell everyone they had no knowledge they were being bribed or extorted or even pressured at all.

Then the Dems refuse to subpoena the witnesses they claim have evidence of this quid pro quo and are shocked...SHOCKED I tell you that Republicans in the Senate won't do it for them.

I'm sorry it bothers you so much that some of us are able to look at facts and evidence and draw reasonable conclusions from them.

Incredible coincidence or terrible judgement to repeatedly associate himself with such opportunistic traders?

Where is the evidence of his wrong doings on any of these topics?

Oh and do you find it even the least bit suspicious that most of these appointees and associates who speak out against Trump were either ******* fired by Trump or were denied positions by Trump before they mysteriously turned against him? No? I'm sure you don't because CNN hasn't told you that you should. Let me educate you on this concept....it's called sour grapes.

Corroborating testimony from multiple witnesses is the evidence.

Name another person, let alone a president, who has had so many people turn on them in such a short period of time? Christ, two years ago Bolton had yet to be appointed.

Like I said, most of us acknowledge he is flawed. He's not likable. He's not a politician. He has stepped on a lot of people's toes. Some of the things he's said and done I agree with, some I don't. I personally think the phone call he made to Zelensky was idiotic and I said so here when it first came out.

None of this amounts to something justifying the removal of a duly elected president from office. And now the Dems have cried wolf so many times no one believes them. It's clear that they are scared to death because they know he's going to win and they're willing to do anything they can think of to stop that from happening.

And THAT would be the end of our democracy. Whatever I may feel about Trump, this would have been an absolutely horrible precedent to set. And rational people know this.

Name another President who was never a politician and has made it his mission to threaten the corruption that has always existed in Washington. He's not like anything they've ever seen before and is an actual threat to them. Hence all the people trying to bury him. Do you not actually understand this or are you just being obtuse on purpose?
 
Don't worry... the democratic primary is going to implode their party.

The rumors are already flying. It's a mess.

The democrats are WAY too corrupt to let the voters decide (unlike the Republicans who didn't stop Trump from getting nominated and then winning). Something big is going to happen. Because democrats have played identity politics SO much for so long, and base so much of their platform on victim classes, they have created a situation where each of their "voting blocks" are now on different candidates. They have created this mess themselves by preaching division and calling every subgroup "special" and "important" rather than try to unite themselves all as "democrats" or the idea of "one for all and all for one".

They have five legit candidates right now all with a MAJOR demographic or geographic area. Bernie is the communist. Warren is the women/teacher vote. Biden is the only one that somehow gets blacks to vote. Budigeig is the YUPPY vote. Bloomberg is New York and the city vote and is spending a **** ton of money.

Arguably they are all, nationally, average 15-25% of the vote. One might pull 30% in one place, but will pull 15% somewhere else. One might win place A, but come in 4th or 5th in place B.

It's a ******* mess. If everyone stays in the race, no one will reach even 30% of all votes cast and be very close to not having 40% of the delegate count in total. All-or-nothing states will be awarding all their delegates for a candidate that can't even pull 30% of the vote. People are going to be angry and democrats LOVE to be angry right now. It's just going to spill out in all sorts of ways. Grab your popcorn.
