Mason Rudolph knocked out cold on helmet hit, ruled out of game

That with the cart was unbelievable. **** that, with head injuries you don´t walk your player in. No cart, no moving. Until the helicopter lands... Heads should roll for this one!!

My point is, he should have been ejected immediately, since he was sllowed to finish the game he should be held to a higher penalty range.

not his fault that he was allowed to finish the game, that's on the refs. or do you actually think that thomas should've said, "ya know what? that was terrible of me...i'm just gonna go ahead and excuse myself from the remainder of this game, i'lll see you fellas in the locker room after the game"

When asked about the ridiculous exit of the starting qb badly injured Tomlin got defensive and snapped that he doesn't drive the cart. You are responsible for everything that happens on that field. I dont care if we have to go get a lineman pickup truck. He is not leaving the field that way. What a POS.

Mike is not the cart driver nor the helicopter pilot or the trauma doctor. I just want to make that clear.

A helicopter? JFC guys, he got knocked out, it's not like he had a spine injury or something.

Well as long as Mason wanted it. I mean he was knocked unconscious and his arm spasmed. But as long as he wanted it. That seems fine. Long as it is clear that Mike Tomlin doesn't drive the cart or things of that nature.

Not for the season, but he should sit at least 1 game and lose a substantial amount of money.

Agreed.

I could be wrong,but I thought there was a 15 yarder thrown?

I was so thrown off by Mason being down I could have easily been wrong as well...........

So you let a guy who was knocked out to make the decision to walk off the field? brilliant.

Wholey ****.......we are approaching the late 60's era of incompetence.

Could anybody tell if Thomas launched into our QB?......they really did not show the replay much.

Reminds me of when Rudy Tomjanovich got nailed by Kermit Washington in 1977. Rudy had his face torn away from the bone and he had brain fluid draining into his mouth. He walked off the court and then proceeded to have over 12 surgeries. Today could have been bad, real bad.

Yes he left his feet. Find a slow motion replay on Twitter. He led with his helmet and left his feet.

Slow it down - wait for the replay portion in this video. Both feet off the ground at the moment of impact.

No not all of those people. Just one HC. But hey he doesn't drive the cart and things of that nature.

well, yeah, he should've been fired years ago, but who's counting at this point?

It sure looks like he launched....in addition he is saying he was going for the strike zone.....Mason was not falling into him......This was a dirty cheap shot....As dirty and cheap s it gets.
