Maybe, but Jerra's football team is far more profitable than 31 other nfl teams. They can do far more, outside of the salary cap, than any other team.

He also has given McCarthy and Garrett longer tenured than most would have expected.

McCarthy and Tomlin with almost identical records but one has now gotten booted twice while the other keeps being protected by his fan boys in the media. Go figure!
If I were a young talented coordinator there is no way in hell I would want any part of Dallas as long as Jones and his son have control.
Wouldn’t that be a funny scenario with the control freak Jones and control freak Tomlin.
