Sure, he's an ******* heckler, there are hundreds at every game. That's not a crime, hence no handcuffs.

Packer fans were chirping last night, Ravens just taunted them back and threw them an L. This is all on DK.

DK, Ramsey, Pickens before that, heck, even Cam this year. Teams (and fans) know they can get under the Steelers' skin and get them to react. This is a rotten team culture.

Literally looking for any specific name. I mean if it was that easy why have the Steelers had a terrible WR room the last two seasons?

Just that easy huh if it was the Steelers would have done it they were aggressively looking for WR help.

I don’t think anyone is thinking DK is more than what he is. A low end 1 or high end 2.

You would need two WRs to upgrade the position. For how difficult the process it has been lately for the team we can not assume a drafted player or free agent accomplishes that.

Fans say Mike can’t use incoming vets correctly or develop talent. Well if that be correct and it just might have truth to both what does canning DK and replacing him do?

Thinking it doesn’t do what a few think it would.

Keeping him he has another year in the system and you in the process are guessing less.

I will say this as I always do you don’t build talent by canning it yearly. You supplement/ build what you have by adding to it. You stack talent not deplete it.

Why we know the game is in place to take advantage of players not help them.

They didn’t help them by playing games close together, they didn’t help them by increasing the amount of games played.

America is driven by the snowflakes who sit behind the protective barriers and say and do what they want. NFL has arguably aligned themselves with that.

We also knows the rules they put in place support that. So you have to follow the rules.

We also know the Steelers never get any kind of breaks. If a player gets no suspension or a one game suspension for a similar infraction you damn know the Steelers player will get more. It happens more than less.

So if anyone should follow a rule it is a Steelers player and this should be coached into them.

Yeah, I don't know about all the snowflake stuff. I just posted that because the point McCoy is making is valid. You let one dude who is a d**k and obviously been at this for a while trying to get a payoff get to a player and that has the butterfly effect of not only affecting DK, but the whole team, the city, Steeler fans worldwide, Rodgers like he says killing himself to make that possible last run.

The response is disproportional. Not saying DK is not to blame as well, but the cost is way too high for too many parties on one side except for the fan who had nothing to lose and everything to gain.

Sure you know about the snowflakes . The fan is one of them. DK I think learned a lesson. Unfortunately a costly one.
 
Meh....DK ****** up. I know everyone wants to put blame on the fan though. DK doesn't walk over none of this happens. 100% blame is on DK. My opinion. He is paying the price for it now. Thru his wallet and hurting his team by not being able to play. DK failed in self control numerous times in the entire fiasco. Now the team is paying the price.

In an era when the N Word is dropped by "people of color" to each other in daily conversation how shocking is it when perhaps a fan says it? To the point that you want to put hands on them? Or even in a different atmosphere..say you are out and about and get into an argument with someone and they drop it to you? This day of age when you here it in songs and conversation daily at times?

Story from work.

A white guy says the phrase " yo my fellow Migger" to a Spanish guy at work. In reference to both being welders while using mig guns. A play on words. White guy used the phrase on other people of color and everyone laughed. Spanish gets white guy fired in the end. Same spanish guy uses the n word in his daily conversation with others. I personally think it was a stupid play of words. Maybe the guy deserved a few days off instead of being fired. I don't know. If the white would have dropped the n word with hate behind it. Sure. Fire him.



To be clear. I despise the use of the n word.....by anyone.

He’s actually paying a bigger price than that right now and down the road.
He actually gave the Steele organization an early Christmas present by permitting them to basically void his contract and move on from him in the off-season. The Steelers could use that cap hit money much more effectively next season.

And he didn't use the n-word per interviewed eyewitnesses and Deebo, DK's spokesperson. Good point on its use by those most offended by it. Imagine Jews calling each other "kike" or "hook nose" every conversation, or asians dropping "zipperhead" and "slope" casually all day.

Because they’ve invested in the wrong players, that’s the reason the room has been meh

I’ve already thrown out a few names. I’d take a core of Samuel, Thielen, MVS and an early draft pick (or two) and see if Wilson becomes anything and not bat an eye worrying about losing DKs meh production.

Or trade for any number of players, a very long list there for those possibilities.

Fair enough. Thielen is retiring, though, and MVS is basically a non-contributor at this point of his career, so you'd be relying on a rookie to be WR1 (I know you've previously mentioned a 2nd or 3rd rounder). A veteran QB like Rodgers could get by with such a thin WR room. If the Steelers go young at QB, they better bring in some talent.

I think it's fishy that Tomlin's best bud in the media reported something that was not recorded, an allegation so explosive that the left wing sports media and everyone with a phone in the vicinity completely ignored it for a year?

Glazer's report states that fans around the Lions' fan confirmed he made the derogatory comments when DK was with Seattle.
