Miller to IR and Guard signed

Next week...does Snell get cut?
 
I am a little excited about William Dunkle. His PFF run blocking grades were phenomenal the last two seasons. Pass blocking not so much. But could be a guy we can stash on the PS this year and see if he can at least become a capable pass blocker.

Nah Snell isn't going anywhere. Despite the mild injury, Tomlin already praised him at least once this offseason.

I don't know slash, Tomlin is a new man these days.................. Did you know he has yet to have a losing season. (sarcasm)

I don't know if Snell is safe or not. His injury isn't working in his favor sa the other RBs are showing some good running.

Yeah but one RB put the ball on the ground. And Snell plays special teams too.

I hear yaz, Time will tell and I actually like Benny but also feel he needs to pick it up a little. Any Idea when he is back from the injury or has he returned already ?

No idea. I thought it was minor but not sure the duration.

I thought Benny Snell Football was going to be a thing for years in Pitt. now not so sure. Timing of the injury sucks for him

Call me some. Explain to me how you think he could be worse quantitatively. I don't want to hear about his father. That was unfortunate but has nothing to do with what you said. You watched the guy punt on Saturday. Now explain to me how he was worse than Pressley Harvin III. And his name is Pressley. Percy was a receiver but I ain't even gonna hold that against you cause I say it all the time too.
Harvin's net average was one of the worst in the league and there wasn't much wrong with the cover team. Case closed.

Presley best get his **** together as we need punting that can actually help us. We got rid of our last punter in hopes of huge improveent. lets see that happen. Remember this is a job and a business as we all have things in our lives and we deal with them. (yes i'm compassionate) He has "time-wise" had enough to deal with his personal and now is time for work.

With all that said I'd say Presley will have a year we expected out of him as to the draft pick we used on him. Pro-bowl, maybe not but I still think he will be in the top 1/3 of the NFL and possibly 10.

Dotson appeared to reinjure his ankle yesterday. He may be gone if that's the case.
 
keep using Mcfarland to run those zone read and cut to the edge and get him some circle and triangle routes
