YOUR 2023 Pittsburgh Steelers draft class!!

On reflection, I would go:
17. Nolan Smith, LB, Georgia
32. Sydney Brown, S, Illinois
49. Brian Bresee, DE, Clemson

1.17 WR Addison, I don't like the idea of drafting an RT n flipping Chukes, I think he has settled nicely at RT, I only take Paris Jhonson if he falls to be my long-term LT who is an instant upgrade over Moore.
32 DT Mazi Smith should solve the problems we have had vs the run since Tuitt retired.
49 ILB Jack Campbell big physical LB who should provide an instant upgrade over Bush vs the run.
I now trade up for DJ Turner and target a fast slot WR like Bell or see where Tillman is projected

No doubt defending the run will be a strong point for the team with Mazi, Campbell, Heyward, Leal, Minkah, and Heyward. But ignoring OL in the first two rounds for the 12th draft in a row? Ouch.

1. Brian Branch S Love his atheticism to help us shore up SS, ILB, and NCB.
2A. Trenton Simpson ILB Big off ball ILB? Sign me the F up!
2B. Joe Tipman C Athetic, big center. These are the guys the Steelers ususally draft.

I fill 2 starting roles that are open because of FA with Branch and Trenton. If we bring back Edmonds or KZ for S, Branch can start at NCB. Tipman gets to learn a year behind Cole before taking over.

If I am not messing it up mistakingly from another player I think I remember reading that Simpson came from a military background. And I immediately thought that if any of that rubbed off you are getting a try hard blue collar worth ethic player.

If that was meant for another ILBer in the draft

Nevermind.
