You raised your boy well, dj.
Don’t you owe him like three course dinners and such? JMM works his arse off for your country living and this is how you treat him?You know I'm kidding.
I know, right ..The nerve of some people.Don’t you owe him like three course dinners and such? JMM works his arse off for your country living and this is how you treat him?
It’s the bison meat. It’s giving him an ego. Steelworth is also a bad influence and instigates Dj’s bad behavior. It’s true. I’ve seen it firsthand….thrice timesI know, right ..The nerve of some people.
Wow...that's wonderful. Great kid...and obviously raised right.
Yes, and yes.Don’t you owe him like three course dinners and such? JMM works his arse off for your country living and this is how you treat him?
True. It's not even my fault. Sorry JMM. Refer to Steelworth about this.Steelworth is also a bad influence and instigates Dj’s bad behavior. It’s true. I’ve seen it firsthand….thrice times
NiceYes, and yes.
Eh it’s not so much the game being “fixed”.Spoke with my son. Told him I was grateful for the tix. He said that he was glad to do it, but that he was thinking that he wasn't sure he would ever want to go to an nfl game again, so this being history, is worth the money.
It was sad. Hope the league can fix the nonsense.
Eh it’s not so much the game being “fixed”.
You just have drunk arseholes who only have their sports teams as their whole meaning of existence so they ruin the fan experience cause 1. They’re drunk 2. They’re angry over something out of their control and should be entertainment and memorable experience.
I’d never go to games because stuff like this happens. Just about any sporting event
Thanks JMM. You hit the nail on the head.I wouldn't pay to watch a game either but it doesn't have anything to do with the bums in the stands. That **** has gone on forever. In my opinion, today's NFL sucks and is not worth the price of admission. Going to the game with one's son in #7's next to last game is a different story.
Dj needs to soak all that in with his son.I wouldn't pay to watch a game either but it doesn't have anything to do with the bums in the stands. That **** has gone on forever. Yes she is the instigator and at fault. What bothered me about this whole ordeal is all this happening in front of a kid. Point being is this should be a memorable experience for fans. Not some drunken foolish behavior. These incidents happen a lot too sadly. She assulted him and should be headed to jail but more likely than not she will be let off and the guy will pay for his own laundry. I'd be telling security I want to press charges and push it to the full degree yet I also realize I wasn't there and don't know the whole context of the medley.
These kind of things definately keep me away,..... not that I can't handle yself but more the "why pay hard earned lotsa money for **** like this" thing.
As is, I feel the NFL is overpriced for the entertainent value that you receive.
Salute the nation
Like when I was in Heinz to see Jesse James score a game winning TD against the cheaters, only to have the league give the game to their golden boy?If it’s obviously rigged, well then I’d feel cheated out of my money unless I had a memorable experience with my son and friends. Then that’s all that matters
Enjoy Hugh. **** those RatbirdsJust got hit up by my son. He bought tickets for he and I to go see Ben's game in Baltimore.
Wow. Great kid.
Blown away.
I've actually had the same experience with Flyers fans here in Philly. The worst that happened to me was when some drunk walked past me in my Pens jersey and walked up to my wife and called her an *******. This was after the Pens had won the game.I've been to many games in Baltimore over the past 24 years. Steelers fans owned Memorial Stadium. Those were home games with way more Steeler Fans than Ravens fans, since they didn't know how to purchase tickets and they didn't sell seasons until they moved to PSINET Stadium. They gradually got better at filling their stadium, but this year they are out of the playoffs, even less of a chance than the Steelers for making it now. They will happily dump their tickets for a big payday so Steeler fans can watch Ben play in his last game.
This game will have a ton of Steeler fans. My only advice. Root for your team, root hard, don't put down the ravens team, franchise, city, or stadium, and you will have a good time. I've always had a good time there, once some guy ripped off my towel and stomped on it. No big deal.
The only fight I almost got into was when I was working a game back in 2000 in the parking lots breaking down the keyosks and some drunk ravens fan, who left the game early thought I was a browns fan because I was wearing a copper fleece. He bumped me hard from behind saying he was going to kick my ***. I said for what moron. Because I was a Browns fan. I said I'll take your season tickets if you try anything, and pulled out my ravens credentials from my pocket. He tried to pretend it was a misunderstanding and I said it's not. You're drunk, you're an *******, and if you try it on anyone here in the lot, I'll have you removed and banned. He tried to shake my hand and I wouldn't do it and told him to go home and sober up.
Been a while since then though. I party in those lots in my black and gold and have some pretty good football discussions with the fans as well. It's all how you present yourself. If you're looking for a fight, you can find one easily. If you're looking to have fun, they will raz you, but it's rare to have someone get physical without provocation.
Thanks. I'm not really concerned. They are out of it, too, so it won't be a thing. I tend to not be a butt head. We should be OK.I've been to many games in Baltimore over the past 24 years.
