Najee. Wow

I'd say what really defines his career is he ran behind maybe the biggest advantage line in college football. He runs with a lot of surface area to hit and he is not that fast. The fact that he still gets more carries then Warren defines Tomlin.

Look, I know that everyone bites the twinkie at times. This does not define his career, skill set, etc., but what the heck was he thinking?

That was actually an outstanding block by Seumalo. Rode his man to the inside nicely, opened up a gaping hole which my grandmother could have run through.

Najee’s vision was never a strong point in the NFL and one reason why he leaves yards on the table. Also, where’s that tough, physical running we saw a few weeks ago? So inconsistent.
Najee has played poorly very consistently, 1 or 2 times a year he shows up when the media is talking about his job being on the line.
Najee is just like Mendenhall looks big and imposing, plays soft.
Vision aside the guy can never even get the tough 3rd and 1.

After playing awhile in such a simplistic and predictable offense, all players on offense are 2nd guessing and adjusting their play. Najee has been more consistent with running away from the designed hole because it has 3 unblocked guys standing in it. These plays, IMO, are a by-product of 2nd-guessing and what the coaches can excuse as "execution" deficiencies. The WRs are doing it also, which creates errant throws because they are moving from where they should be to "get open" and this throws off the timing and placement. Our offense needs a full revamp, including route progression BUT as with everything, it starts in the trenches. Our trenches suck. We need better coaching on both sides. Najee will never be a pro-bowler but he should not have the issues he has been having (getting hit in the backfield on every 2 of 3 plays).

Najee is getting flack for not talking to the media after last week's game, which is a soft move for a so-called "leader." He'll probably be in beast mode on Saturday because of it.

It just appears to me that Najee, Pickens, and Johnson have pretty much checked out, have zero confidence in this offense and QB’s and don’t want to be here.
Organization need to take a very hard look at these three in the off season.
