Let's hope she retires. End of 2017 would be nice.

Has he single handedly reversed roe v wade and taken away the right to vote from black folks and wymmen, yet?

She won't retire. .

I don't know if they will let her go that long before it becomes too embarrassing. She is bordering on some mental issues, not something that a member of the highest level of judiciary should exhibit. Makes it kinda hard to validate her decisions.

Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg appeared to erroneously label South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham as one of the "women of the Senate" on Monday

Could you imagine if a right-wing male justice did that during Obama's speech?

Oh gosh if the repubs removed the notorious rbg for mental incompetence the entire democratic base would riot... well more than they already do...

Word on the Hill is that Kennedy will likely be next

Justice Anthony Kennedy reclaimed his position as the man in the middle of the U.S. Supreme Court when he swore in Neil Gorsuch, his former law clerk, as the newest justice.

The question is whether Kennedy wants to keep that pivotal role in close decisions for longer than a few more months.

Long before Gorsuch took his oath of office Monday, speculation was swirling that Kennedy might retire at the end of the term. President Donald Trump’s aides are preparing for the prospect of a new nomination while liberals brace for what could be a seismic shift on the court.

Nah, all that matters is that she is a reliable Liberal vote. To the Dems even a Liberal justice with dementia is better than any Conservative that Trump would put up. Doesn't matter how silly she looks.

That's not entirely inaccurate though.
