The Pittsburgh Steelers have made it a point of emphasis to improve the depth of their receiver room in 2026. After 2025 presented a huge issue on that front, Pittsburgh made moves accordingly in the 2026 offseason when they traded for former Indianapolis Colts pass catcher Michael Pittman Jr. and drafted University of Alabama receiver Germie Bernard in the second round of the 2026 NFL Draft. A glaring issue was remedied by the front office; however, the depth behind the Steelers' top three receivers is still not the greatest. Adding a veteran may be a smart idea before the season.
