I'm sorry but anayltics does not apply to the NFL. Chargers just got away with the insane decision to go for it on 4th down on their own 30 with a 4 point lead. Chargers were saved by a tipped ball INT.

Colts in OT on 4th down at midfield decide to go for it on 4th down. They get stuffed and give the ravens the ball near FG range with the best kicker in the league. Why would you not punt? There's still time and you have 2 TO. A tie is much better than a loss.

Then the ravens do the same dam thing.
