No HOF for Ward again.

Typical washing over what he was charged for. He was not charged or found guilty of stabbing anyone but you conveniently forget that. Never mind the facts. Ben did have the drunk college girl in the bathroom and another in a hotel room. 2 rape accusations, not good pr strategy.
Dipshiiit....all the evidence from Georgia was posted/linked here many years ago.

Any Steeler fans wanting to examine the facts could have done so, and would have come to the conclusion that a day after a Ben was out drinking with a bunch of cops who paid his bill, that 4 girls wrote exactly the same words in written description of a drunken night where they all wore DTF stickers on their shirts. And the one probably gave Ben a hummer in the bano.

Love Hines ...matter of time .....he will get in eventually

Luke Kuechly did a lot in a short 8 year career ......... he was a tackling machine... don't have a problem with him being a finalist

And by the way he and his two friends were CHARGED with murder on February 11, 2000 and stood trial.
His "friends" are not him, just because your friends are charged does not mean you are. Were they found guilty?

You really are a tard. And Let's be clear I'd never say that to an actual intellectually challenged person. He was questioned. Period. Anything you or anyone else believes about that is pure conjecture. And in no way bares upon his HOF candidacy. Ray Lewis hit the courtroom in a jump suit bro.
Was he charged with murder?

If Terrel Davis is in the HOF, there’s no denying that James Harrison deserves it as well. He changed ghe physical nature of the game, and dominated during his short time as a regular starter. Hell, even as a rotational pass rusher, he still made plays and was one the biggest reasons the Steelers won their last playoff game against KC (the hold against Eric Fisher).

And look at the offenses and QB's these guys had throwing them ball. Ward played until he was almost 30 with Kordell, Maddox, Tomczack, Graham in a run first offense. That should absolutely be taken into consideration, and his post season numbers are great.

He also had some guy named Roethlisberger throwing to him in 2004 to 2011, for over 7,000 yards

To my knowledge and recent research Lewis was araighned on murder and conspiracy charges. His trial began and he rolled but not well enough on his friends and he took a deal. Am I incorrect.
Oh and he wore a white suit to SB party that was never found again.

On top of that, I always ask if the story of the NFL can be told without the player. The 2000s and the brand of physical football cannot be told without Hines Ward being a tone-setter of physical football on offense. That combined with his regular season and postseason success makes him a Hall of Famer.

Obviously the same can be said about Harrison on defense. He was the face of physical football while he was dominating the league, plus having the greatest defensive play in Super Bowl history puts the cherry on top.

And he overdosed on deer antler spray but no one talks about that

While I am not a Ben hater...but....saying you are going to clear your family name, then paying a settlement to make it go away looks really, really, guilty bad. That was for the Hotel case though.

Was he charged with murder?

Yes Dumb ***, he was. However, he struck a plea deal with the prosecutor to reduce the charge to obstruction of justice and be the prosecution
MAIN witness against his two bros, who were then acquitted by reason of Self-Defense. Ray-Ray ended up with the worse rap sheet than the guys he ratted on. To bad you have me on ignore and don’t see all the community notes on your BS, otherwise you wouldn’t appear as asinine as you are on this site.

If you had listen to Drink the first time before putting him on Ignore, you may still have had some cred on this board.

Who am I kidding, you never had any.

Nice post, **** stabbing ray

And he was on the downslope of his career for the last 3. So that's like 4 prime years of which Ben was a Rookie for one. Dude you are like the 5th grader that believes bad attention is better then none.

This right here. If you can't value add 2000 yards to make Ward at least equal to any of those guys......sorry you really don't know much about football.

From 2004 to 2011 Hines caught over 7.000 yards worth of receptions, some downside, almost 50 TDs. Your memory his horse s--t. Only his his last year would you describe his career as a downslide. Don't let the facts get in the way of your takes. 50 TDs and you describe it as a "downside." Don't let the facts get in the way of your crap descriptions.

I'd like to point out that the poster said Hines last 3 years were "down years." That would include 2009 where he put up the 3rd highest yardage of his entire career with 1,167 yards, 6 TDs - his 3rd highest yardage output ever. That is a "down" year? He said it was. How could his 3rd most productive year as a pass catcher be a "down" year? 2009 was not a "down" year, only a fool would assert that.

He had 1000 of Roethlisberger's 2600 rookie season yards. That is more on him then kn Ben. He had 3 1000 plus yard seasons before Ben got there. And yes like every single athlete your last seasons are not your best. So yes he had about a 4 year run in his prime with a really good Q.

You claimed his last 3 years were "down years." I don't know how one of his "down years" was one in which he had the 2nd most in his career. In 2009 he had 1,167 yards, the 2nd highest of his career. That doesn't seem like a down year to me.

Hey Dumb ***, could it be that Hines production that year had something to do with Ben (under BA’s wide open offense) leading the league with TD passes (50) and having over 4300 yards on over 500+ pass attempts? Hines that year wasn’t the leading receiver (Tone Homes was with 1248 yards). “One trick pony” Mike Wallace had as many TDs as Hines, and lead the league with yards per catch (19.4).

If you are going to call Sask’s memory as dogshit, may you need to recognize your reading and statistics comprehension are even worse and more like horseshit. Look up Context in the dictionary, Dumb ***.
