The crazy part about the whole thing, LA entered FA with about $66m in cap space, sitting in a very good spot to spend during FA, now they are at 90m in space. The Raiders at 95m and the Patriots at 127m are the only two ahead of them.

The Raiders are at 95m in cap space because they stink so badly and have for years. This isn't a contest to see who can stink the most. Davis got it confused somewhere.
