Offensive Scheme ripped on yet again.

Canada was better (but that is a low ceiling to break through). KP did not look great, particularly early. WRs had some good plays and terrible misses. Canada still has to go but there was plenty of folks to direct some level of ire at.

Criticizing Canada has been more difficult in recent weeks, given there have been big plays or touchdowns to be made in the passing game that haven't been.

It hasn't just been Kenny missing throws, as Johnson dropped the deep ball on the first play against the Jaguars and Pickens failed to keep his feet in the end zone against the Titans.

Kenny's accuracy is becoming an enigma at this point, as I'm not sure how a QB who often misses the kinds of throws he does early in games somehow makes the kinds of throws he does later on when games are on the line.

It kind of feels like things are just a bit off with this offense and it could be a lot better than it is, especially when one sees what they're capable of in pressure situations late in games.

With that being said, "a bit off' may be an inherent trait of Canada's offense, given what we've seen of it since 2021.
Our OL is also in disarray in their blocking schemes at times. There is a bunch we can do to fix the entire offense. This in the end is a low-risk low-reward offense designed to win off the backs of our defense. You watch what other teams are doing with young QBs. Slinging the ball all over the field. This offense just does enough to find a way to win the game by a score and they are happy with that. If the Defense has a bad game we lose with no chance of our Offense picking up the slack(to date anyway).

The whole thing looks like a rickety old busted up train that could go off the rails at any moment.

Their only salvation this year will come if they can run the ball consistently. Since they're committed to turtle ball. It has to be violent on the OL.

The running game probably will dictate the teams fate. If it becomes a strength they can play TOP football and squeeze out wins in route to the playoffs. If they don't you put more pressure on a struggling offense and handicapped scheme.

Never a losing season. Greatest HC and OC ever.

I didn’t watch much KP in college. Did he always have a noodle arm? Or can the guy zing the ball down field?
It's funny; I've read/heard talking heads refer to his "strong arm" in college but have also heard his arm described as "not that strong" or even "weak." So I guess it comes down to how you ask. It appears "adequate" as in like Joe Montana's so who knows, but I don't think he's gonna be known for throwing 20-yard outs.
