I felt pretty good about Leveon getting three more yards. That is under 40 yd field goal. That was beyond stupid. But hey they didnt live in their fears.

I didn't say everyone can completely overlook the play he did make, lollipop pass and all, but for as much as that play helped us win, he damn near made enough negative plays to help us lose this game tonight. Fortunately, our offense was absolutely Money tonight. Yeah, two other MAJOR pieces are out, and I expect their respective back-ups (Sensabaugh, Spence/Moats, and company) to not come anywhere near those guys' level of play. However, I don't think it's an insane expectation that a player of Davis's status to elevate his game, and overcome those mental lapses, and mistakes. I mean, this isn't exactly Robert Golden we're talking about.

And I'm sure that the only reason he didn't throw it to him after he got over that initial shock, is because he figured that Eli would drop it anyways.

This defense sucks with Shazier, and without Shazier. Offense is still, underperforming.

the Defense **** the bed last night. How the hell were the Ravens able to score more than 30 points? the D lets sometimes crappy QBs become Montana and some regular RBs look like Adrian Peterson in his prime

Alex Collins is making quite a few defenses look bad. He's only started 9 games and has 825 yards and is averaging 5.1 yards per carry. He's the sole reason the Ravens are even in the wild card race.

ok, so discouting yesterday's game only once did he get to 100 yards in one game, he's a capable runner of 70 ypg but he's no AP

Officials calling a game ,from TV announcers reflect of last week....last drive of Baltimore was at that point of game brutal flag throwing. Tomlin seemingly blind to Artie Burns continued bad play.
Officials were horrible once again. Can't recall the hit but it was worse than JuJu's hit and no damn penalty. They are going to be totally inconsistent on this as we all knew they would be. Just another reason for people to stop watching the NFL.
I know it's not real popular but the league really must go to the targeting rule used in college. That way, they can throw a flag or not and then have the play reviewed. It makes it relatively cut and dry. Then again, Goddell and the NFL refs can screw up anything.

I miss Troy. Can we coax him out of retirement? He'd still be an improvement in our secondary.
You are right. If we lost that game on a FG, that loss would have been hung on the coaching staff and Tomlin. Fortunately, the Ravens are worse at clock management and huddled for their last play
