Ravens have bigger problems than the steelers. Both have slipped on defense, but the difference is the steelers have big time playmakers on offense and the Ravens don't.
ben is playing great, Antonio Brown has become a top 5 WR, Bell is a weapon in the run game and the pass game. Steelers have their big 3 combo. They also have Wheaton showing promise as a good #2 and Heath as a reliable TE.
What do the ravens have? Nothing. Flacco has shown himself to be the average Joe we all thought. Torrey Smith is a less talented Mike Wallace one trick pony. Steve Smith still plays hard but he has slowed down and is not a top player anymore. Their RBs are average. Pitta is a good TE but he's no gamebreaker like Jimmy Graham.
On paper, the steelers should smash them, but for some reason these raven games always seem to have the effect where the steelers play way under their ability and the ravens play over theirs. Suggs is a great example of this. He is great vs the steelers but his non steeler stats are just OK.
The steelers should be better suited to stopping zone runs because they now use them themselves and can practice against them. Also, they pretty much played against the exact same offense as the Ravens last week. The browns moved the ball due to countless steeler mistakes.
I'm thinking there will be fewer mistake and the steeler defense keeps the mediocre raven offense in check.
