Devin Hester should not be in the Hall of Fame. He was good a kick returns but that's all he did. Unlike a great Punter who consistently pins a team back, Hester didn't break every single KO.

Disagree. For a good 3-4 year stretch, he was arguably the best kick returner the game has ever seen

Agreed. But how much does that impact the game? Maybe 5 returns per game. Touchbacks. It's not like he broke every kick. Each week he gets maybe 1 big return. It's just not enough impact.
