I dint think 25 over 4 years when you are going to have to find a cheap bridge kills the cap. The Steelers will be paying Cam something like that to play at 2/3 of his best.

The only contract that makes sense to me is a Jordan Love type deal. 13.5m guaranteed for 2025 with 10m in performance based bonuses on playing time and statistical mile markers. And that’s only if the team has decided to rent Wilson for a year. I might see how the season goes and do a mid season extension with Fields based on what the future for Wilson is looking like.
