how is it sad that he doesn't pay child support? he is a damned embarrassment to humanity and I don't pity him.

My neighbor was arrested for child support and had to spend time in jail. There should be a point where there is no bail and he is forced to spend a few months in jail.

Treat him like a normal everyday citizen. No special treatments or coddling. Hold him accountable for his actions in an everyday citizen atmosphere, like normal people are held to.
