All three defenses we played have been pretty good .. the chargers were the best D over two weeks... the Broncos only are giving up 16.5 points per game not counting our game... the Falcons are at least slowing down KC in quarter 1..


Im trying not to get too excited, because coming up we have tge colts, who are mediocre on D and very injured.. Dallas, who outright sucks on D, Vegas who also havent been good on D, and tge two NY teams before tge bye... The Jets should be good.. the giants are meh..

Lots of room to get the O on pace the next few weeks

The most worrisome injury today was Trice.. Rush is already banged up and out..
highsmith chips at depth... but we have Herbig and Leal in a pinch
Warren is RB2... he can have his role mitigated easily..

But Trice pulled a hammy.. he may be out a few weeks.. with no Rush we are really light on DBs... we might have to IR someone for the time being and bring someone in

I was looking at the stats for the eagles game. Hurts was 29/38 over 300yrds . Barkley had 147 yrds rushing, Goddert caught 10 balls for 170yrds, and they had 0 points until the 4th quarter. They only had 2 TDs (15pts) and the last one was scored w/ about a min left to take the lead.

Carolina with 36 on the board. It seems Bruce Young was the problem. They barely played him in preseason. I guess he could have used those reps.

Look at all of these injuries around the league. I believe it's because these guys barely play in preseason. Training camp is soft for most teams. They let vets jog around in shorts for a few weeks, then week 1 comes and they have to go 100% and they aren't ready.

Look at how much scoring is down. We are watching preseason right now.

That's about the sum of it. You'd think they would have better preparation for your teams starters to play all out 100%. It's ridiculous.

There's no shortcut to being in playing shape.So now the first month of the regular season is really preseason. They drop out fast and only the strong survive.

You can't just magically show up half *** prepared for your body to perform explosively at the NFL level. The older you get, the more you'll need to take care of your body to maintain this level.
