Path to playoffs..

Just for fun since the season likely ended last night. I'm going to update this weekly for routing interest of what we need to get in.

Who we need to lose this weekend:
Browns beating Ravens in Cleveland
Chiefs beating Raiders in KC
Giants beating Chargers in LA
49ers beating Bengals in Cinci
Bucs beating Bills in TB
Colts have a bye

I think all of them but Chargers has a chance to happen. I do think we can beat the Titans at home(maybe foolish of me to think). If we win that game, we still have a chance.
Yes, we do have a tough schedule down the stretch but so does our competition for final playoff spots. Ravens could realistically lose their final 4 or 5.

I love the never quit optimistic attitude! I always have hope until they're officially eliminated. I'd give them a 20% chance. 5% if they lose next week.A 10% chance to actually win a playoff game if they do make it and a 1% chance of winning the superbowl. If the other team all get covid and must forfeit.

This is Ben's last year. I can't give up on his final season. I won't do it.

I'm not either. You need a full team commitment to go above and beyond. Put some over time into, not just what you have to.

I don't see that happening, but who knows. Everyone has to want it bad enough.

The coaches need to remove that ego. I'm really tired of them not accepting the accountability for this clusterfuck they have going on.
 
I'm going to enjoy the moments. I'm still pissed off on how this season was put together.
 
Not anywhere near a playoff caliber team. They need lots of cleanup this off season and I’m afraid they will only do so much.
 
Our 2 must games are the Rats and the Clowns. If we win 1 more, we should get in. But......we will be one and done. I always root to win but I wouldn't be too sad if we lost out and got a much better pick.

Maybe so. It's time for the leash to come off of Ben and let him run the show at the start of the games and try to score points.

Our defense is going to give up 25 or more a game from here on out probably so we need to start trying to score. Up tempo is needed.

We need to win both most likely. Gotta beat the Titans, Browns, and Ravens. Chiefs probably won't be a win. Bottom line is we still somewhat control our own destiny cause other teams are going to lose.
 
I don't think 9-7-1 will be good enough. Our chances before last night were only like 18% im sure they dropped alot since.

10% now. Those % change drastically after other team's losses who are in contention though so you can't really go by that.

Chargers have the easiest remaining schedule of the bunch. Ravens have the hardest, then us, Browns, Colts, Bengals. I think 9 wins gets us in.
 
There is only one path that will get me going....Win out...

You are correct i did a playoff simulator and it seems the 7th seed will come down to us or Cinci. We have to win 3 out of 4

cinci could end up winning the division
 
I still think 9-7-1 gets us in. We will be a half game up on all the 9-8 teams. It will be close but I still think it gets it done for us.

We're beating the Titans, Browns, and Ravens.

The key games for us will be Patriots beating Colts and Chiefs beating Chargers.
