Peacock Bull Again

Question for those still in the Pittsburgh area. If the Steelers play a Thursday night game, NFL network or now peacock exclusive, does one of the local affiliates 2, 4, or 11 also carry the game?

So, apparently one of the Wildcard Weekend games will be "exclusively" on Peacock. How much you want to bet it's the Steelers' game?
The NFL greed machine is really screwing up the entire product.

It's the chiefs game, STEELERS are on CBS 1pm eastern.

$110 million to the NFL for Peacock to broadcast this game. The regular season game on Peacock averaged 7.33 million viewers between the Bills and Chargers. By comparison, the late afternoon Steelers-Bengals game on December 23rd which averaged 14.33 million. I also read it was the sixth lowest rated game of the season and Peacock only has 28 million subscribers. The average Wild Card broadcast was 28.4 million with an average of 20.61 million for last year's Saturday night game.

I hope it's a ratings disaster.

I hate the streaming of games period. Our internet here sucks *** so we are constantly getting the circle of death. My son got the Sunday ticket this year because he got new phones and that was the promotion. there is no way to record the games unless you pay for you tube which is the most expensive streaming service out there, I have gotten the Sunday ticket from the very first year and usually got a deal every year or else got it free.

I will not pay a 80 bucks a month for a streaming service, nor will I pay 450 bucks a year to watch 8 to 10 games a year. Sooner or later this will all catch up to the NFL. makes me miss the those days of the grainy Howard Cosell Monday night games

Got the Black Friday special on Peacock for $1.99 a month back in November. Going to cancel after the wild card game. So for the Bills/Chargers, a replay of Penn State/Delaware, and the KC/Miami game, it cost me $3.98 + tax. I can handle that.

Ever try radio? I use to listen to a lot of games via the radio, back in the early 90s'

If someone would post a radio station I could get the game on, I'd go that route. I do have "simple radio" on my phone.

PS Congratulation on the championship !!!!

It’s also streaming on Paramount+ as well, if you are needing to stream on a mobile device.

DVE carries the game, but not sure if you can get it through their online site.
