It'll be a friggin miracle if this team makes the playoffs.
Should have lit the fire a few years ago. All great dynasties come to an end, and seem to hang on to the guys that got them there too long.
This team looks like they will struggle to even make the playoffs. Just like last year. The bottom lines suck the power play sucks and there is no fixing that now.
It's a shame because Jarry has been great too. Its a wander it wasn't something like 5-1 tonight.

Strategy. They have a "stand still on the perimeter and pass a lot" style. It's dumb.
They play like a bunch of individuals that aren't close to being on the same page. Maybe a side effect from Sully switching things up every other period?

Yeah, great start to the season, now nada.
I would keep Sid, (Jake if Sid stays), Jarry, Peterson, DOC, and have talks with the rest. It's time to burn it all down.

Peterson? 85-90 percent of the time the opponent scores a goal, Petterson is on the ice. His nickname is "liability"
Or new and flashy players coming in despite how expensive they are, and how overrated they might be by somehow winning a Norris trophy on a really shltty team.

I put the game on just in time to see Florida score twice in 34 seconds. This Pens team is bad. They are bad fundamentally, they have no grit, they seem to lack heart at times, and they hung on to several players that they should have moved on from a few seasons ago. 3-0 now. This season is pretty much done for them, but they can’t go into next season built like this. This team cannot run Sullivan’s system, and his system may very well be out dated. It’s time to blow it up. This team isn’t winning a damn thing built the way they are.
One team very well could contend for the East this year and the other team won't even make the playoffs. Florida played rope a dope with them in the first, then pounced in the second. 4 effing goals in the second. It's getting to the point its almost embarrassing to watch.
When they failed to get a shot on goal on 3 power plays and the one they got was disallowed, I knew it was over.
I think this team is tuning Sullivan out like it did all the other coaches who have came and went in Pittsburgh.
Outside of Sid. This team has no purpose. The lines just look jumbled. No identity.

6-2 final. This is expansion team horrible. I was sure that they would let Sully go at the all star break. They probably should have.
I didn't get to see the game, but that's good in retrospect.
