The Caps are absolutely *** raping the Bruins. 6-0 end of two. Oh and the Sabres beat Philly. Again.
That team in Philly is Hextall's team, right? The way the Flyers are playing lately, do we really want Hextall building this team? It's a fair question.
If the Pens are going to trade for anyone, I hope they pick up Miles Wood. That guy would help. A lot. He's young, fast, gritty and he can score. Not sure what you would have to give up for a guy like that, but I'd do my best to get him in a Pittsburgh sweater signed long term.

I’ve been lazy signing up. I feel like I hardly stop on to SN anymore. I started a new job and we just had a baby. So juggling new work, a baby, an 8 year old son as well.

I honestly didn’t know Jeff Carter was still in the league. Not sure how I feel about this one. Two conditional picks for a guy way past his prime? Is Rutherford still the GM? This move is Rutherford-esque.
I guess they are looking for playoff experience depth. Especially if Malkin can't get back. Was hoping for more of a physical presence on D but the day isn't over yet.
