Phil was really pushing the fact that he needs to roll up his sleeves, get his hands dirty and get in front of the net. Needs to prove that he belongs in the NHL.

Phil doesn't cut anyone and slack if they are not getting the job done and I really appreciate that viewpoint. Its a breath of fresh air in today's "everyone gets a trophy" society.
