Plenty of blame to go around

Are you 6? Should I come back with , no , you are and stick my tongue out?

You're a pissy little scumbag, pissed like the rest of us that the Steelers lost, sticking your nose in .

one ***** here started the name calling. a poster gave his opinion and you go straight to the Moron card....now you want to find you how pissy I can be, keep up the name calling

Coaches talk, players play. And owners get rich... Fire them all!

All this arguing over what aspect of the team was the worse tonight is pointless. If you want something to argue about, try to find an aspect that was good. Penalties, turnovers, undisciplined play, a lack of ... I'm going with "identity" on offense. Troy sitting on the line doing that LB/S hybrid thing when we needed another safety in deep coverage. Coaching from what seemed to be a lack of any type of game plan or adjustments. Hell, it was a loss from the top on down.

Tomlin
Lebeau
Polamalu
Woirlds
Taylor
Adams
Jarvis Jones

they can start here

They got beat by the better team tonight. That's all there is to it. Geez! Who in the hell even thought they would have even made the playoffs. I know I didn't. They've got some growing to do on defense and probably could use an upgrade at LT but this team will be back next year.

Look on the brightside... Manning would have *** raped this defense next week. They could make a bum like Flacco look this good, imagine what Manning or Brady would have done. Brees gave us a preview of what a good QB can do to a defense like ours.

they need to do more than tweak this team.

A corner
A pass rusher
a OT
maybe even another WR & RB

hell someone should get fired just for the Blount fiasco , leaving the team a RB short

a new D scheme

and a new head coach

We need a new RT more urgently than we need a LT. Isn't that ironic? Gilbert/Adams got abused all night long (so did DeCastro to be honest).

the series of events that starts with releasing Blount to Bell's injury snowballed into tonight's loss. You can MF me all night, but there was no viable back-up to Bell and they put a Band-Aid on a gaping wound when he could not go tonight. The team played different. It was not the same team from the last four weeks. Losing Bell was devastating. Our game plan sucked and we played tentative. Our weaknesses were exposed and we played a team that had nothing to lose, playing a very familiar, wounded animal. The whole game was cluster. The team that made the fewest mistakes was going to win and they did. End of story.

Stop talking nonsense. This was a SB contender out there tonite. They got housed in their own building. Not sure why anyone is surprised.

I agree LT was more stable than the right........

Don't really blame the coachers. The players got outplayed. They were manhandled at the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball.
Don't see how that's the coaches fault. Flat out manhandled. PERIOD!

What he said.
Everybody thought even without Bell the Steelers could win based on being at home and the last meeting.
Harbage and his DC did their homework and outsmarted the Steelers.
Oh well.

the coaches put the players in the best position to succeed or not to succeed

bad decisions with Ike/ Blount/ Jason MR. 9 million a year man/ Mitchell / letting two experienced WRs in one off-season go. Lack of experience was obvious without Bell in there. Moore was another bad decision........................................

Bell and Brown carried this team all year, and covered a multitude of sins committed by this defense and coaching staff. With Brown, and the development of Bell, Wheaton, and Bryant, the offense will be pretty solid next year. Time to develop a real QB under Ben, not sure how much longer he will be available.

This defense has 3 or 4 solid players to build a defense on. Shazier, Heyward, and Tuitt will be great players. Timmons makes plays, but also makes mistakes. Verdict is out on McCullers, Schmarko, Williams, Spence, and Blake. Everyone else could be cut and they wouldn't be missed. Problem is, who do you replace them with...

Time for LeBeau to go out with his top players from the last decade. Thank you for some great years LeBeau, Troy, Deebo, Da'Beard, and Swaggin Ike Tayler. But it is time to say goodbye...

It was also a huge mistake to put Troy back in there as a starter taking a majority of the snaps. The defense didn't have the same look or feel as it has had with him out. He's an absolute liability in coverage. If they were going to go to a rotation of Troy on 1st down and Allen on 2nd & 3rd, they should've just kept Allen as the starter.

well said.....

Whoever let Ben go back in... Fire them. Gradkowski was much more accurate...

I was susrprised at how poised Gradkowski looked in the pocket. I mean, has he even played this year?

A TD pass there and the last 2 1/2 minutes would have been interesting.

LeBeau must go. Mitchell, see ya. Polamalu see ya.

I am so sick and tired of this let down year after year.

Rooney you suck!

Art is trying but he's no Dan....You can see in this picture that ol' Dan really didn't like the Tomlin Rooney Rule hire that Art probably pushed for, either that or he hates afros.
