nothing to get I was making light of his name. In that moment. If I thought there was some football background to add I would have commented on that.

All these invites come with various backgrounds. I read up on them but for me it is all wait until I can see them close up.

I can tell you there is some interesting Olinemen I think a few has a shot . If nothing else the practice squad..

Waste of talent. We do not have a "sophisticated passing attack." On the flip side, he should have a nice shot at making the roster, if he can beat out Scotty Miller, Lance McCutcheon, Ke'Shawn Williams and Brandon Johnson. I expect him to make the PS, though.

He is guarenteed 45 million and I assume whoever gets him in tge trade is on hook for other 75. Which I agree isnt horrible. Im very skeptical the 49ers would want to eat 45 million after getting what 8, 10 mediocre games out of the guy.

Its like with other cap sports... if his value coming off a major knee surgery is a fourth round pick... and the 9rs need cap room now... there are some things you can do to alleviate that... but you will be trading a higher pick to get them to do so...
its called retained salary, and can be stretched out on a year to year basis to entice a team to trade for a player without... taking a lump sum hit


Im guessing based on past deals tge steelers could get them to eat 10-15 million by offering a third instead of a fourth ( if that is his current value)

I wonder sometimes if KP could have been really good if he didn't have Bozo the Clown as an offensive coordinator for his whole time here (and who knows, maybe Tomlin wouldn't let him throw over the middle either :giggle:)

The OC didn't have HAPPY FEET....I did Love Kenny Picketts signature play... ROLL LEFT INTO THE SACK...He was good at that there one...Real darn good as I saw it several times each game...He perfected that there move

The present players at the receiver position (including camp bodies) will not be allowed to run routes or catch passes over the middle of the field, the quarterbacks will not be allowed to audible out of a run even if 8-9 defenders are in the box. Both Will Howard and Rudy have firmly memorized all 12 plays in the playbook and the RBs are prepared to run through a brick wall (the 8-9 man boxes they will face). Next stop 85 players get in line to meet the blocking sled and we shall hope at least 2 of the QBs survive the test.

Nah man,, nothing i said was directed at you... Im talking in general . The forums arent even interested in the guys we have on the mini camp roster etc.

I think that will pick up. Coming off that late season collapse probably has a lot of fans salty rightfully so. Also the reported news from the local media is less on substance and more on clicks. So that will lower the talk too. Then you out have the team one QB and one WR short so that will gather attention as well. Might be hard for some to look at the grass growth when you have the barn burning.

Looking at Cooper, I thought he was going to make a bigger impact with Buffalo last season and didn't. He had a huge drop off in production from the previous year and I wonder if he's done.

Just busting BAMA Berm's balls
Always loved Amari's footwork and route running ....... he like everyone slips over time ......... but he only played 8 games for the Bills and they sure didn't seem to utilize him much
.........but Josh Allen did win MVP ......... now Cooks is maybe holding out ........ Buffalo will always be a bridesmaid..... can never put it all together as a team despite the talent
