If I were to run my mouth about being better everyday and setting the bar higher everyday and then I as a Coach, need to DO or ACT as I preach. He doesn't. All he does is give speeches. He's great during press conferences. interviews, team speeches as we just saw. He's cheerleading.

unfortunately he is below the standard in wins and losses
again though, his speeches are not "cheerleading"
he is giving life lessons. As I stated this thread was not about his ability as a head coach, it was about the positive influences he has on his players
his comments to the player on the field were spot on, there is a time and place for everything
