Right now Stiller fans need a little levity. Grew up in Western Pa. Went to College in Eastern Pa from fall of 1969 to May of 1973 so watching the Stillers on TV was hard during those years.
I think it was a Monday Night game (Howard Cosell, Don Meridith and Frank Gifford). I think we we playing the Houston Oilers.
One of our D backs intercepted a pass and was runnig it back for a score. Trouble was he spiked it at the 5 yard line thinking it was the goal line!
Rumor has it Coach (Emperor) Noll was so mad, he cut the D back right after it and would NOT let him get on the team bus to go home

I seriously don't think there is a current coach who would have the "nads" to do something like that this day and age.
