I always lose my mind in the game thread when we do stupid ****. My family laughs at my angry typing. Lol. If you can't vent here during the game what's the point? Not everybody is wired for sunshine and rainbows all the time regardless of performance.

Its not even the mood swings which are just funny. Its how once the Steelers start winning certain posters disappear from the thread. Or how they never get excited about any positive plays made. Its hilarious..

They are no different that we are when the going gets bad. It's just funny to read their meltdown, as it probably was when they smacked us in the mouth two months ago.

One person said we are acting like we just won the SB. I haven't read anything like that, but am thrilled with the W and performance. Onto to NY and battle that circus. The Ravens are old news.

My point was simply that we Steeler fans eat our own young. (IE we attack our own team's faults for good or bad. We immediately start pointing out weak coaching or poor play from the the team.) The Ravens' fans on the other hand immediately begin seeking outside problems. (The refs etc.)

Why do our defensive backs always seem to play 5-10 yds off of every receiver? This has been going on for years. Are they all really that bad in man and press coverage every year? I guess the answer is yes...no effort to get opponent's receivers off their game.

I can't stand that. This is especially true when the poster has decided that he hates a particular coach or player, and things occur that go against his opinion, and people point it out. They get real snippy. This is a sports message board. Strong opinions are welcome. However, if you are very opinionated, and then things occur that disprove your opinion, expect to get called on it. If you gladly eat the crow, the smacks will be fairly light, and good natured. If you get mad, and act like a *****, expect to be abused. That's basic message board etiquette, especially on sports boards. If you can't take a little abuse when your opinions are wrong, then you need to be a lurker, who only posts sporadically.

Today I had nothing to do so I read every vent from Baltimore and man did I have to laugh. Everything from getting rid of the QB to how bad the officials were ( I bet three fourth of the rants were on the refs not see our hold and offensive interference) to their coach not standing up to the calls....REALLY every time I have ever watched the Ravens Hairbaugh does nothing but cry......they of all teams wanted to say how cheap it was for us to get the last TD.....REALLY Hairbaugh calls time out with six seconds left. I saw not one mention of how out of control their defense was on hits to the heads and the ugliest player in football hitting at back of legs when play was really over, let alone the kick between the legs when the fight started at the goal line. Just loved how they talked. I thought we get bad hell they are the champions of crying. Thanks so much for posting their site it was great to read.

The idea we were piling it on with that last TD while somehow okay with the fact Flacco was out there spiking the ball down by 20 points with :30 seconds on the clock is ludicrous.
