RB Najee Harris 'tired' of Steelers' struggles on offense

while Warren is having success in this offense, is anyone else?

Monetarily, O'Canada is getting big bank with minimal output.....................

He's laughing all the way to the bank saying "easy money suck-A"

Salute the nation

Top three weekness of Tomlin. Pedigree matters. That's bullshit. Best play period. In fact......I'd look at who's second and third behind Warren. I don't even think McFarland has gotten a carry because the need to get Warren the ball to succeed and are Tomlin pedigree obligated to get Harris his.

Tomlin, Canada, and Austin ALL operate on the fun fact that there are no repercussions from Rooney for their ineptitude.
They're playing with house money and don't actually care because they have nothing to lose.

Every former player on the pre-game shows see it and say it.
Every former coach on the pre-game shows see it and say it.
The fans see it and say it.
Every former player on the post-game shows see it and say it.
Every former coach on the post-game shows see it and say it.
Chuks knows it and said it.
Najee knows it and said it.

Tomlin ... the Browns are really tough.

I guess everyone else and their collective 700 years of football experience are wrong.

Kinda like everyone knew Uncle Jarvis and Bush were busts more than a year before benching

Tomlin is Mr. Spock in his own mind.

I’ve always believed in playing your best players if I’m the one handing in the starting lineup card I’d have warren at Rb and Najee at wing warren would get the most runs I’d have Harris at 50/50 receiving+running… I’d start Washington at TE to get max blocking bring muth in as third down specialist. Take the ball out of Kenny’s hands.

ironic Najee is tired of it when Warren outgains him by 100.
Everyone playing in that offense has a right to be tired of it.

It is a horrible scheme coached by high school equivalent coaches.

Completely agree with Harris in regards to the way they're winning as being unsustainable. We've seen this same style for 3-4 years and it doesn't work.

Obviously he's correct in calling out Canada's play calls.

There are probably a lot of "me first" guys on this team. Where is the leadership? There isn't a single guy on this team that could hold a candle to any of the team leaders from the 2000s teams--not even Cam Heyward. The 2nd and 3rd layer of leaders on that team were far better than anyone on this team has to offer. They all need to re-watch Troy Polamalu's Hall of Fame speech and start walking the walk.

LOL, his *** should be happy the staff is too stupid to see the better RB is getting less carries for him.

This is what amuses me. It’s pretty clear the reason Najee is speaking out now is because he sees the writing on the wall.
Did you even listen to what he said? He’s speaking out because they couldn’t win a game where the opponent only scored 13 points. The writing on the wall is Pickett, Canada and Tomlin suck.

Ironically, Najee being outspoken sunday may have been the biggest gift to Steelernation. I have been the most anti Najee poster on here but I have to admit Najee the guy is growing on me a bit. He said what everyone else was too afraid to say. Thats a leader, and took alot of balls. I hope canada being fired is the spark for him and Warren to dominate teams the rest of the season.

Najee when correctly used is a very good angry running back. It is up to the OC to make sure to build the scheme to maximize his players talents and he did not know how to properly use Najee.

Like telling him when to run through tackles instead of trying to hurdle a guy that weighs 50lbs less than him.

Najee doesn't use himself correctly. He's more of an east-west runner when he should be more north-south.

Couldn't have said it better. Naj is wasted running horizontally. His "bigness" is best used with a running start to the LOS. KP under center and Naj 10 yards deep in the backfield would at least "pause" the pass rush too. If they can tackle him coming at them, good luck. If not, he gets his mojo back.

He has shown when properly coached and given the right plays he can make **** happen. Yes he has tried to make more out of plays then he should but I bet if he trusted the scheme he might do as he is supposed to more. We need to go more 21 or even 22 and give him a blocker and some momentum. Then we have to have some pass plays out of the same formation from play action. All simple concepts that Canada eschewed. Najee is not a sidecar run from a dead stop type of back. Warren can do that.
