What was that all about? I just saw him confronting Tomlin after the game?

Looked like Nelson may have reacted to something Tomlin said? Possibly about the hiton Bell or something g that happened afterwards?

Tomlin told him to get the **** off their turf, dirty knee hitter.

or something like that. . .

I personally thought the hit was low and directly at the knees of Bell. I thought the new rule was you couldn't go at the knees of a player.....should have went at the waist.

Tomlin is late for his press conference always controversy..

That's only the QB, in the pocket.

Good 'Ol Rodge wants hits at the knees. Because its not the helmet..........

I think Tomlin called him out and was actually prepared to back it up. I'll give him a good job for that. I also give a good job to Marvin for getting things separated he showed lots of class at that time.

Apparently Nelson confronted Tomlin about what a teammate of his said that Tomlin said. What are we in the 5th grade?

You know I thought they changed that rule a few years ago when DJ Swearinger of the Texans blew up the Dolphins TE I wanna say it was Dustin Keller in a preseason game by going low directly into his knees. The hit was very similar to the hit at Bell's knees. I know it's a bang, bang play but I thought the NFL didn't want players going low at knees or below or high at the head either.

I'm pretty sure the hit ended the career of Dustin Keller too.

Harbaughs or Rex Ryan would have been all over the media about bullshit like this. I'm thankful that Tomlin took the high road and the beef is quashed. Next stop, the playoffs!!

I hope Tomlin gave it to him good because it was a blatant cheap shot.

The replay showed that Nelson didn't go in to assist on the tackle; he cocked his arm at the elbow and aimed straight for the knee.

BTW: I do think the Steelers can win Sunday without Bell. It'll be hard, but they can do it. The Ravens have looked like crap the past few weeks.

Hey, if the Texans can beat them with Case Keenum at QB, the Steelers can beat them with Harris/Archer/Johnson/whoever at RB.

Bengals secondary has a habit of going after receiver's knees. They ruined Heath's knee in 2012 on a similar really ugly low hit, and did the same to Bell this game.

It is their calling card. Until they are told that A.J. Green better protect his knees on every catch, they will continue this pattern.

And personally, I think that these hits to the knees, where the receiver is not able to protect himself, are dirty. They just are.

Pretty sure you can go low. But can't go to the head unless the receiver is named Miller and wears #83.

Nelson is apparently too stupid to understand that you always kiss opposing coaches butts because you never know when you will be cleaning out your locker and looking for a new job and that behaviour will be held against you. Truly stupid and childish.

Rodger likes them though. They don't cause concussions.

He couldn't give a **** if they end careers, just don't go to the head.

Yea it looked pretty damn intentional to me. He didn't have to do that to make the tackle.

Somone can break his legs next time around and I am fine with it.

It wasn't a cheap shot. It's exactly what the league is forcing defensive players to do. Be glad they weren't on a turf field or he'd be out for sure.

At the end Peezey comes strolling in. Lol
"Yo young blood step yo *** the FAK away from my coach, you feelin' me"?
Peezey!

In the post game press conference, CMT said that the words with Nelson had nothing to do with the hit on Bell, but rather that Nelson was told by a teammate.. that Mike had said negative things about him. He said she said thing. LOL
