And then we called his (poor) replacement Cliff Malone.

Those were dark days to be a Steeler fan.

I remember being filled with false hope when we signed Steve Bono . . .

Cole was dogshit most of the year for Clemson. OK should be embarrassed. Clemson fans pretty much gave up when they found out Watson wasn't going to play.

The only thing I remember about Cliff Stoudt is that the dumbass broke his arm trying to punch one of those punching bags (a la Urban Cowboy) after the infamous Mark Malone 90yd TD Reception Seattle Game. Then when Bradshaw got injured later, our backup is sitting there with a ******* cast on his wrist while we finished the season with a very green Mark Malone.

Not a punching bag-riding a mechanical bronco. But there were also some fans who wanted him because he threw better to the backs than Terry.
