The Pittsburgh Steelers have left the fan base fairly frustrated throughout free agency as the organization still does not have a starting quarterback under contract for the 2025 season. The franchise has been in the mix for Aaron Rodgers, but the quarterback is taking his time making a decision on what he wants to do with his future.

Any qb we draft better not see the field till next year unless every other qb on the roster is on IR... at least give them a fighting chance to get their legs under them in the NFL before trying to screw their careers up

Mid-rounder won't be a starter. If they Sign Rogers, they'll draft a QB round one to be mentored by a four-time NFL MVP. Why waste Roger' mentorship on some scrub career backup?

None of these QB's are worth a squirt of piss outside of maybe Ward, and I'm not advocating that the Steelers draft a QB in round one. What I'm saying is that IF the Steelers sign Rogers to a one year deal, they have to draft their supposed franchise QB. The Steelers are almost forced into it. My hope is that Rogers leaves Pittsburgh with no deal.
 
one of you yinzers go to the facility and tell Aaron that the dark forces are calling him back to the cave, and you are there for his transport.
 
If he doesn't sign, give him an ultimatum of Monday at noon. Tomlin needs to step aside from his man-crush for the betterment of the team. Rooney needs to push the issue or Tomlin will wait for Rodgers right up until kickoff on opening day.
 
QBs I don't want to see in a Steelers uniform: Aaron Rodgers, Russell Wilson, and Jason Milroe unless he can be had for a fourth or lower.
 
For those of us that want Rodgers to sign, hopefully, they skip the actual facilities so he doesn't get a chance to look at those based on how poor they are according to the comments from players. He will probably need to talk to Patrick Peterson about the location he had to travel to for his sauna after practice and games. He's probably going to need it.
