The Pittsburgh Steelers surprised a lot of fans on Tuesday when it was announced that cornerback/safety Jalen Ramsey would begin training camp on the Physically Unable to Perform (PUP) list. The team's backend of the defense has been in question throughout the offseason due to new faces arriving and DeShon Elliott's recovery from a nasty injury.
